What did my Albanian taxi driver say?

I was in Albania a few weeks ago and it really is a beautiful country. I loved it! Anyway, we were in a taxi one time and the driver, who didn't speak English, pointed every time he saw an attractive girl and said something like "pitchka" or "kapitchka". I'm guessing it means "b*tch" or something along those lines. Can anyone tell me what he said and what it means?

How to Get a Taxi: My great experience with PanGalactic Star Cabs (New PermaDeath game, straight to Eissentam Galaxy)

Hi all, I wanted to use PanGalactic Star Cabs to get to a treasure I found on the No Man's Sky Coordinate Exchange app (nmsce.com).
The Service
Here is the PanGalactic Star Cabs reddit post
Basically they are a free taxi service that will take you to any portal coordinates in any galaxy. After you are dropped-off, you will have no "portal interference" and you will be free to put down a base, use portals, and continue your adventures from your new location. It costs nothing and they're very very very cool.
My Back-Story (booooring...)
I have a new PermaDeath start, in which I went to my ship beacon and found a crashed green C-15 Halo Fighter-Jet (hoop-wing pointy-round-nose jet) INSTEAD of my standard red starter ship. It was really crashed-- almost all inventory spaces were broken. I fixed most of it like a good mechanic, but then I broke down and swapped it for an identical-looking B-20 which was fully fixed.
I made a base at my crash site. I jumped to one other system. I went on the anomoly. And that was it. I've warped one time. I have my base and two space stations in my teleport list.
I want to start my mechanic adventures in Eissentam, the "lush" galaxy with twice as many paradise worlds. So I heard about a large S-class shuttle which had crashed IN EISSENTAM, and I decided to get a lift there, so I didn't have to fly all the way to the center of my current galaxy.
The Preparation
- I have no glyphs. I've never been through a portal. But I can summon the Anomoly (Important).
- Here is my goal (a crashed S-class shuttle in Eissentam galaxy)
- Just in case, I also put the address into the NMS Portals Decoder, and got the link there, http://nmsportals.github.io/#10790206BCF5, as well as the Galactic Address from there, 04F4:0081:086A:0079
- I collected enough materials to make two base computers and one powered teleporter.
- I turned on Multiplayer and said anyone could join my group.
- I got my No Man's Sky friend code from: Options > Network > View NMS Friends List > Show My NMS Friend Code
- I sat in my ship on the planet surface and jumped on Discord when ready to travel.
It turns out that was all perfect.
The Current Process
- I jumped on Discord (NO MIC) and followed directions.
- I went to "begin-here" channel, and it said to click (React to) the PC icon, to indicate my platform. Then it said to go to "request-a-starcabbie" channel to get a cab.
- I went to "request-a-starcabbie" and it said to click (React to) the envelope icon, to have a new channel created for my cab request, and to copy the following information for pasting into my cab-request channel:
NMS Friend Code: blah blah blah (it tells you how to get it)
GamerTag:
Platform: PC
Mode: PermaDeath
Mic: N
Time Zone: (UTC -4) (it tells you how to get it)
Target Galaxy: Eissentam
Target System: (I just pasted the link to the crashed shuttle picture on nmsce.com)

The new channel appeared, and I pasted-in my request.
- PanGalactic: I will be serving you shortly.
- PanGalactic: I am joining your game. (Name appears in my game, and join notification.)
- PanGalactic: Summon the anomoly and land on the anomoly (not the space station) and wait.
- PanGalactic: I am taking you to Eissentam first, and I will wait if you put down a base and verify that you are in Eissentam. Then we will proceed to your goal. OK?
- Me: Ok great! Etc.
- PanGalactic: (After they get there...) Ok, Take off from the Anomoly. It will ask you if you want to exit in your current system or the system I'm in. Exit to MY SYSTEM.
- Me: Ok (I exited into Eissentam. Verified Eissentam in Galactic Map from my ship. Landed on Space Station, looked in the teleporter, saw that my base was now marked as being in Euclid.)
- Me: Ok, all set!
- PanGalactic: Summon the anomoly and land on the anomoly (not the space station) and wait.
- Me: Ok, I'm parked again.
- PanGalactic: (After they get there...) Ok, Take off from the Anomoly. It will ask you if you want to exit in your current system or the system I'm in. Exit to MY SYSTEM.
- PanGalactic: You are here, thanks for using us! Tell someone how cool it is, and don't forget to leave a testimonial in the "testimonials" channel.

The Polite Follow-Up
- You should always disable Network / multi-player before going to collect a crashed ship. If you don't do that, then you may accidentally claim and remove the crashed ship permanently from the game of others who are coming to get it, who also have Multiplayer enabled. If you are sharing their universe, and you see and take the ship, it is now gone in all their universes. Forever.
- I was already in the correct system, but not on the planet or at the crash site, so I did not want to land on the planet until I disabled Multiplayer.
- I landed on the station, scanned the station to get the name, and then teleported to my base, and then back to the station, to insure that the station is in my teleporter list.
- I exited my ship again on the station, to create a new save point. I disabled Multiplayer completely, and then to be safe, I logged out of the game, and logged back in again. Yep, I was still in Eissentam. The taxi service delivered!
- I found the ship and collected it, with Multiplayer off. Note: the original ship poster did not specify the planet, so I had to guess, land, and then check the portal coordinates in my own camera view.
And that is how easy it is! And that's how they do it! That is all!

Top Comment: Nice. Of course, if you're on PC, you can just use the save editor to put yourself in Eissentam. Might be a bit quicker. But the taxi service sounds pretty cool.
Freenow vs Uber vs taxi, my review

Just wanted to provide my review of the 3 from my time on Athens.
Freenow seemed to have nicer taxis, it was hit or miss with the drivers talking to you or not. The app kind of works. I noticed on Android, it had trouble finding my pickup location even with my location setting turned on. It kept defaulting to previous destinations I was at and not using my GPS, so I had to manually type in my pickup location multiple times. I had one driver that cancelled on me when he missed his turn during a busy traffic hour. The time estimates for freenow seemed really underestimated. Multiple times, it would give an estimate of 1 or 2 minutes, but when you book the car it was more like ten minutes.
Uber seemed to use older taxis, but both my drivers seemed nice and was talking to us. The app worked much better for me and the time estimates were much closer than freenow. Like a five minute pickup estimate only took about 7 minutes. It gave me a more realistic estimate. Both had relatively the same cost.
Taxi on the road. I would like everyone else avoid or be extra diligent. After waiting for my freenow ride for about 20 minutes and then it was cancelled, we were running later for dinner so we took a taxi. The guy didn't talk to us at all, didn't start his meter. At the end of the ride, I asked him how much, he waited a few seconds and said 20 euro. It was for a 10 min ride away from syntagma square. Freenow estimated the ride would have cost 7 euro. Guy for sure scammed me, but I was just happy I made it to the restaurant so I paid the guy.
Tldr, Uber> freenow>>>> taxi on the street
Top Comment: Bear in mind that they are all the same taxis. It's not like Freenow or Uber use different drivers, it just that some choose to be on the apps. And often drivers on apps will cancel because they may decide to pick up somebody on the street. The best thing about the apps is that payment is autonomous so you don't have to worry about cash or possible scams.
Stripe is Killing My Taxi Business

I run a UK-based company providing taxi services in Egypt, and recently Stripe suspended my account, holding a payment for 120 days. This delay is seriously affecting my business, and I’ve read a lot of posts saying it could take even longer than that. I have invoices that fully support the transaction and need this resolved fast.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Any advice on how to get Stripe to release the payment sooner or what legal action I could take? This is killing my business, and I need help ASAP.
Top Comment: A similar thing happened to me. You can fight back against Stripe. I started a dispute claim with their financial institution for the damages that were incurred. I received an email today that they are moving forward with the process. Complaints against financial institutions or complaints about financial services should first be discussed with the financial institution concerned, in this instance, Stripe. All regulated financial services firms must have a complaints handling procedure in place as per our Consumer Protection Code here. https://www.centralban... . I live in the west end. I see Yellow Cab and Vancouver Taxi most of the time. Is either better, or are they much of a muchness as to dependability? Also, is there an app where I can order a wheelchair accessible cab, or do I have to phone?
Top Comment: I much prefer Yellow Cab, the most cars, cars are consistently newer and cleaner, drivers more polite and don’t hassle you for cash if you opt to pay by credit card. Both are better than McLure’s (blue/white cars) or Vancouver Taxi (orange).
